Managed Models

Managed models allow you to select AI models based on your needs, such as:

With managed models:
  • No need to manage API keys.
  • Enable a model with a single click in the settings panel.

Use Your Own API Key (BYOK)

You can also choose to use your own API key. In that case:
  • Usage does not require AI Thing credits.
  • Using AI Thing becomes completely free.
To connect directly to Anthropic’s Claude models:
  1. Get an API key from Anthropic
  2. Paste the key into the field that starts with sk-ant-...
This option gives you full ownership and flexibility, with no plan required.

For enterprise users, organizations can host their own models—customized and fine-tuned for internal knowledge and use cases. Admins can:
  • Create and configure organization-wide models
  • Preload relevant data and policies
